Is everyone aware of the unique program that we have in Missouri for first time home buyers? Via MHDC first time home buyers can now get an advance of up to $6750 to help with closing costs and down payment. The intent is for the buyer to use the $7500 tax credit to repay the MHDC advance. That is great info Don! MHDC has also re-issued funds for the 3% First Place loan program, Buyers have their choice of the two. Now if we can just get a Presidfential signature on the $15,000 tax credit...!
