Hey Everyone,
I know the the IRS has eliminated the tax liablility for homeowners who dispose of their home by way of a short sale through 09. However, my question is whether or not Missouri state tax liablility still exists in the event of a short sale. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks. -Nate
