poor usage of site

 I'm suprised that this site has not been promoted by the local associations (through MAR). I stumbled across it in an older MAR magazine.

There are only 109 registered agents! Some thing is not right with that low number.
I've tried to add a photo, but it did not load (where avatar is indicated). Can you advise how to do that?

Is there even any good reason to sign up here? Will anyone respond to these questions? Does anyone monitor the site?
I thought it would be an ACTIVE site and am disappointed to find such poor usage by members. I was hoping to network with other agents and also get/provide some tech tips.

This site is being monitored by the 2007 MAR Leadership Academy class.

Your photo did show up on the site, so it looks like you found the spot to upload your photo.  For anyone else who is reading this reply and has the same question, the photo can be uploaded under the profile section located on the home page.

There are 27,000+ reasons to post to this site.  That is the number of MAR members that have access to this site and can gain knowledge and insite on how to bolster their business, or get answers to questions relating to their business or provide tips that you have learned.  The more that we share the more we grow.

Kenny, you mentioned the 27,000+ MAR members, but there aren't even an 1/8th of those members here? What is being done to promote this site? How about someone e-mailing those members and letting them know it's available? We could all learn and share knowledge here.

I hope that you are doing well. Unfortunately, we have not had the usage so for that we had originally hoped for. However, it is a work in progress. This is the type of thing that is only as effective as the people who utilize it regularly. It will get better as we move forward. -Nate
